The Work

Family Constellations

At conception, our deepest instinct is to connect with our parents, which in turn connects us to the flow of life. This instinctive movement allows us to feel safe, seen, loved, and nourished so we can develop in a secure environment.

When that movement is interrupted, whether through trauma, illness, loss, addiction, separation, or other circumstances, a child adapts in order to survive. In Family Constellations, these adaptations are understood as creating unconscious bonds with the unresolved or disordered parts of the family system.

As adults, these unconscious entanglements may be expressed through repeated relationship patterns, addictions, parentification, chronic stress, illness, financial struggles, or a persistent sense of shame, grief, pain, anxiety or dysregulation.

A Family Constellation seeks to uncover these hidden dynamics so that what has been carried unconsciously can be acknowledged, honored, and placed where it belongs. As the system comes into greater order, people often experience more freedom to live with authenticity, connection, and purpose.

Sound Journeys

I create sound using artisan gongs, plates, chimes, voice, and other resonant instruments. During a sound journey, the body is gently invited out of its habitual state of vigilance and into one of release and restoration.

Over the past several years, people have shared experiences of deep meditation, mystical visions, emotional release, relief from physical pain, and a profound sense of peace and well-being. Every journey is different, yet the depth of these experiences continues to inspire me.

How does this happen?

Music is one of the most powerful experiences available to the human brain. As Dr. Mei Rui of MD Anderson explains, it engages more of the brain than any other human endeavor. Throughout our lives, music accompanies celebration, grief, healing, learning, worship, and connection. Research has shown it can reduce stress, lower cortisol, ease anxiety, support recovery, and even help protect the brain from neurodegeneration.

Sound adds another dimension.

When you are surrounded by the resonance of a large gong, you don't simply hear it, you feel it. Waves of vibration move through the body, creating an immersive sensory experience that many people describe as profoundly regulating. The vibration stimulates the nervous system, including the vagus nerve, inviting the body toward greater coherence, regulation, and restoration.

This is why I play the gong. Again and again, I witness people reconnect with a deeper stillness within themselves. It is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

Private Sessions

Individual Family Constellations and private sound sessions are available.

Family Constellations may be held in person or online. Private sound journeys may be arranged for individuals, couples, families, or small groups.

If you are considering an individual Family Constellation and have never experienced constellation work, I strongly encourage you to attend a group session first as a representative. Participating in the field before becoming the focus of a constellation often provides valuable insight and helps you feel more comfortable with the process.

I hold space for what wants to be seen and heard.

I work with resonance within the family system and within the individual.

I understand life through the creation of the gong. Metals are drawn from the living earth, placed into fire, and shaped by countless blows of the hammer until they become something entirely new. The beauty of the instrument is not separate from what formed it. Its voice is born from the integration of fire, pressure, and time. No two gongs carry the same resonance.

I believe this is also the human story. We are shaped by our families, our experiences, our wounds, and our joys. We carry patterns that are uniquely our own, along with others that have echoed through generations.

My work is to help reveal those hidden resonances, release what no longer belongs, and create the conditions where your own authentic voice can emerge.
